Deliveries are made by DHL courier with the method chosen by the customer during the purchase. If the selected shipment is not available for the destination postcode of the customer and already paid when ordering, Sport85.com will choose the fastest alternative shipping method, refunding the difference.
Sport85.com can not guarantee the customer or request the courier, delivery by appointment. The delivery will always take place following the daily planning of travel).
The "remote areas", the "minor islands" (courier names) and areas not served directly by DHL may be subject to delivery delays that are not dependent on our will.

Shipment fees are free.
This service is available in all our Italian stores.
Before going to collect the order, the customers have to wait for the e-mail with the subject: "Your order is ready for collecting".

Shipping costs are € 9,90.
Free for orders between € 250.00 and € 1499.99.
They are equal to 1% of the total order for orders equal to or above € 1500.00.

Free for orders between € 1000.00 and € 1499.99.
They are equal to 4% of the total order for orders equal to or above € 1500.00.

All costs of exporting goods in EXTRA-EU areas 7-8-9-10 are charged to the customer (for any information on costs, we recommend contacting the Customs Office of the country of destination of the shipment).


When the shipment takes place, the DHL courier tracking number will be automatically provided via e-mail to track the progress of your shipment simply by clicking on the link in the e-mail.

The courier delivers worldwide by following the daily planning of travel, not by appointment. Days and delivery times vary for each country.
In Italy deliveries usually take place from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, every day except holidays. Abroad times and methods can be variable.
Leaving the correct mobile number, the courier will notify the customer in advance of the delivery attempt. From that moment Sport85.com will never be made aware of the agreements between the customer and the courier DHL and cannot be held responsible in any case if the agreements reached should be disregarded.
If the courier can not contact the customer and deliver the order to the specified address, he will leave the correct directions to the recipient for a new delivery attempt or for new reception methods (collection point, DHL Point, etc.).

The undelivered orders will be returned to the Sport85.com stores. If the package is not delivered due to customer-dependent reasons (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs, return costs and any charges will always be deducted from the reimbursement to the customer.

When the goods are delivered by the courier, the customer must check:

  • that the quantity of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice, if requested;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered.

Any external and/or hidden damages, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified to the courier who delivers the goods, writing "Goods received unchecked" on the transport document. And must be confirmed within 8 days by a registered postcard to:

with return receipt to the courier, whose address is explained on the transport document. If the package is damaged write "Goods received unchecked - the package is damaged". Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be verified within 8 days of receipt.

Sport85.com has no responsibility if the delivery is delayed. From the moment the delivery takes place, the customer is responsible for the goods.
